Welcome to the Whoniverse!

Our tag line says it all, really... The Worlds of the Doctor... all in one Whoniverse. Our goal is to be the definitive portal to some of the best Doctor Who and related web sites around.

The Millennium Effect is the unequalled Doctor Who reference site and home to more arcane information than you'll find anywhere else on the web.

Now boasting over 900 suggestions for extras on official Doctor Who DVD releases, Time Rotor: The Doctor Who DVD Databank continues to grow every day with more input from fans like you. Browse over and check it out.

The first of our guides cataloguing the minutia of Doctor Who spin-off series, Torchwood Guide is done in the style of a discontinuity guide, making it easy to use as an armchair guide when viewing the series or just to browse for interesting factiods.

The Sarah Jane Guide is also now up and running, tracking the adventures of the intrepid reporter and her new young friends as she investigates mysteries on CBBC.

We also welcome aboard a new editor and the fantastically funny Blackcastle.co.uk. Everyone knows Martha was not the Doctor's ethnic companion, right? If not check out the further adventures of Sharon, from the ironically named Blackcastle.

And new for 2008, Alan Hayes lifts the lid on the tapezines of old as we take a fresh look at an important part of fandom in the 70s and 80s. The Tapezine Matrix has it all, with exclusive interviews with some of the leading lights of the era...

We are also proud to host the online repository of cover designs by the extraordinarily talented Lee Johnson.

You'll also find our sister sites: Nothing at the End of the Lane is the acclaimed magazine of Doctor Who research and restoration and Return to Kendal our fun-filled musical charity extravaganza.

We're always growing and added new articles and sites, be sure not to miss anything by subscribing to our RSS feed. But, for now sit back and start to explore the Whoniverse...

20/07 — Voices from Tapezines Past! Posted by Alan

Elaine Musselwhite, former editor of the tapezine, Spotlight, and Alastair Hooley, one-time co-editor of CT of Death, have both recently contributed to Tapezine Matrix and have shared their memories of the heady days of producing their tapezines. Be sure to drop by and take a look, folks! What’s new at Tapezine Matrix.

17/07 — Many Updates! Posted by Matt

It may seem to have been a quiet month for the Whoniverse, but ohhh it’s been far from that!

Tapezine Matrix
Our site dedicated to the technically advanced days of fanzines-on-tape has a major update on 90s series Spotlight, right here.

Lee’s DVD Covers
Lee has a rather gorgeous new homepage (the usual link - whoniverse.co.uk/lee - is currently being updated. In the meantime click here) and has also uploaded a sumptuous cover for Turn Left.

The Millennium Effect
As ever, we’re working on some great new features - check back throughout August for the first of these!

Other
OK, we don’t usually use this feed for promoting anything other than our websites… However, lately we’ve heard of two slightly unusual Doctor Who related offerings (and the Whoniverse has always been known as a home for the more unusual side of fan pursuits!) which we’d like to share with you… The first is Doctor Who Does Dallas, a fantasy cabaret taking place on July 26th which looks to be rather entertaining. And the second is the release of some beautiful Dalek art from Department Six, the private company formed last year by members of the Doctor Who production team. The new artwork is really rather beautiful, and if anyone is looking to buy the Whoniverse an early birthday present, we wouldn’t say no!

16/06 — It’s all cisterns go! Posted by Matt

Remember Dr Poo, the time traveller who journied through space and time in the TURDIS with the beautiful (but dimwitted) Dana Sock and Denis the Denim Cat? No? Well we do, and we’d like to share the experience with you, at our brand new site, Dr Poooooooo!.co.uk

Erm, that’s drpoo.co.uk

With exciting coverage of the 80s Australian radio spoof we’ve all come to know and love (well, we’ve all come to know), drpoo.co.uk promises to be your one-stop website for all things related to faecal time-travel.

Marvel! At the brainlessness of Dana Sock!
Gasp! At the bravery of Denis the Denim Cat!
Quake! At the evildoings of Captain Neemoss!

All together now:
Nangana-nang, nangana-nang, nangana-nang, nangana-nang pfffffffffffft!
